Spring Open House

Bring the whole family and enjoy watching the model trains in operation running through beautiful layouts designed and built by the club members. The club has 10 different gauges of trains including N, HO, HOn30, PREWAR, S, O and G Gauges and a spectacular Christmas layout. It also has 2 children's train sets, one which they can run themselves.

If you are interested in learning more about model railroading and would like to become a club member, pick up an application at the open house.

Donations of model trains and train items are greatly appreciated.

The club is located at the inner courtyard of the Martin County Fairgrounds at 2616 SE Dixie Hwy, Stuart, FL 34996.

Everyone is welcome to come by to view the layouts during our operating sessions and we welcome anyone interested in joining to come to our monthly club meeting. Our formal monthly club meeting is held on the first Thursday of every month at 7:00 p.m. (except for the months of June, July and August). While there are no scheduled operating and maintenance sessions during the week, club members are often present at the club in the Fairgrounds any Saturday between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Martin County Model Railroaders now has ten permanent layouts in N, HO, HOn30, PreWar, S, O, G, a Christmas Layout and 2 hands-on children's layouts - one which allows them to run the trains!
